God’s Little Flowers

We know that we are all God’s Little Flowers, that He loves us each more than we could ever imagine and that the only thing He wants is for us to love Him back. Loving God isn’t complicated and this section is just about being God’s little flowers: being ourselves and loving God and our neighbor as best we can. St. Thérèse of Lisieux wrote, “The splendor of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not rob the little violet of it’s scent nor the daisy of its simple charm. If every tiny flower wanted to be a rose, spring would lose its loveliness.” Each one of us like a flower in God’s garden, different and beautiful in our own way. Each day we should rejoice in how God made us, keep in mind how precious we are to Him and try to spread God’s love to those around us.

It is love alone that counts.
